About Dr. Ben
Dr. Benjamin Granger is Chief Workplace Psychologist at Qualtrics. He's spent over 15 years building, running, and optimizing Experience Management (XM) programs across hundreds of global organizations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Dr. Ben leverages original research to offer insights into macro workplace trends, employee and customer experience, and the future of how we work. He is an internationally recognized thought leader and speaker and has keynoted numerous international conferences and global industry events. Dr. Ben earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Louisiana (Geaux Ragin' Cajuns!) and his PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
